Resource Development works to develop strong community-based support for operations and raises funds for capital projects through key strategies such as marketing, grant-writing, fund-raising, major gift solicitation, and multiple fund-raising events. The team also works to increase the community’s awareness of the presence and work of Outreach Community Ministries through the agency’s website, press, annual newsletters, corporate identity, and community events.
