Serving Communities in the West Suburbs

Transforming Neighborhoods

There’s a reason Outreach is in multiple west suburban neighborhoods. We invest in at-risk communities so we can meet people’s needs right where they are. Local church and business partners, volunteers, and donors come together to help stabilize families and give children and teenagers the opportunity to grow into healthy adults, and enter into a relationship with God.

Outreach was the first organization in DuPage County to introduce a neighborhood-based model into vulnerable communities. We’re still walking alongside the kids and families we serve, creating opportunities where barriers exist, and shining the light of hope on all people’s God-given potential.
