Your Donations are Appreciated and they make a Difference!
Jubilee Furniture accepts donations of Quality Used furniture and Home Décor that we can readily re-sell to our customers.
We offer a free Furniture Pick-up Service for donation partners who have multiple pieces of quality furniture to provide to our store. This service is limited to the areas that are local to our two stores.
You can initiate the donation/pick-up service process in two ways: Contact our Donation Hotline or complete the Online Donation Form below.
The Donation Hotline Number is (630) 337–1467. It is staffed Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with voicemail service available.
The Online Donation Form can be completed 24/7. Our Donation Hotline staff will respond to you with a return phone call on the next business day to review your donation and make arrangements.
Please Note:
- You must provide all of the information we request on the Online Form.
- We screen all donations for quality and good condition so photos are very helpful.
- Please review the list of items we typically accept and those we cannot accept.
- Each Online Form can receive up to five photos. If you have multiple items and more than 5 photos, you can complete more than one form or email additional photos to our Donation Manager at [email protected].

Acceptable Items:
Sofas and Chairs in very good condition
Sleeper Sofas – newer units/ very good condition
Coffee tables; Sofa tables; End and Accent tables
Dining tables with chairs – good condition, with all the parts
Matching dining room buffets and china cabinets
Bedroom sets – dressers, nightstands, drawers, bedframes, etc.
Complete bed/frames – headboard, footboard, rails, with all the hardware
Bunkbed sets – all hardware with instructions (if possible)
Mattresses and Box Springs – in excellent condition
Clothing Armoires – solid wood
Antique Furniture and Antique Accessories
Vintage and Period Furniture – antiques to mid-century modern and contemporary
Mid-Century Modern Accessories and Home Decor
Card tables; Game tables; Foosball and Air Hockey Tables – all parts, good condition
Fine Art: oil paintings; signed and numbered prints, lithographs; sculpture
High-quality Decorative Art: prints, metal wall art, miscellaneous
Home Decor: art vases; mirrors; room dividers; full sets of quality china; etc. (These items must be boxed and ready for our pick-up team
Quality Rugs without stains, odors, fading, discoloration
Lamps, including vintage and period
Collectibles; Display cases and curio cabinets for collectibles
Small solid wood home office desks in good condition: (no pressed wood desks)
Quality desk chairs
Solid wood and antique Bookcases
Antique Filing Cabinets

Unacceptable Items:
Older sleeper sofas (rusty metal, saggy mattress, saggy pillows, stains, etc.)
Furniture with fabric that is dated or torn, faded or stained; with saggy springs; Pet hair; or any
odors (smoke, pets, dirt, etc.)
Worn out and scratched wood furniture
All appliances – large and small
Mattresses that are stained, have torn fabric; are “saggy”
Hospital beds and equipment
Waterbeds; Cribs
Cabinets: kitchen, bath, vanities
Exercise Equipment
Sewing Machines
Tube and Flatscreen TVs
Electronics: old audio, old computers, and small electronic gadgets
Outdated decorative art
Large TV entertainment centers
Three-piece wall units
Computer Armoires
