Outreach Community Services, Inc., (OCS) is an affiliate of Outreach Community Ministries, Inc. (OCM). OCS is dedicated to workforce development of youth and young adults who live on the economic margins of society in DuPage County. In addition, OCS provides prevention, youth development and community development services at OCM’s neighborhood resource centers in DuPage County.
Outreach’s Employment Center equips individuals with the skills, confidence, and support needed to secure and sustain meaningful employment. Through targeted training, career coaching, and employer partnerships, the Center helps remove barriers to work and creates pathways toward long-term economic stability.
