Tonika always dreamed of going to college. Her chance encounter led her to the summer program of Outreach as a teen. Through failures and tumultuous seasons of life, Outreach stood by her, providing rock-solid support. Staff curated avenues for her to reach her potential and encouraged her never to give up. The scholarships and mentoring enabled her to graduate with an MBA. Tonika is now an HR professional with BNSF Railway. Tonika looks back with gratitude at the foundational support from Outreach that paved the way for her future.
