Transitional Housing
Outreach has two programs that assist young adult women ages 18-24. One program is for single mothers with one child each and the other one is for 18-24-year-old single women without children. Both programs address the needs of the women offering them a pathway to independence. The women experience a safe and supportive environment to make the healthy adjustments they need.
Neighborhood Resource Centers
The Neighborhood Resource Centers are located in multiple DuPage County communities to provide individuals and families with youth development programs, case management, and community engagement.
Counseling Programs
Professionally-trained therapists provide individual, family, and couples therapy through our Neighborhood Resource Centers. Psychological testing is available along with crisis youth services.
Older Adults Program
This program serves older adults ages 60 and older living in the neighborhood surrounding Outreach Carol Stream. The program assists older adults with basic needs and provides regular social activities to create community connections.
